Damage: Against Hated Enemy the damage is consistent at an average of 42 (47 if STR from Comp Bow). Manyshot fires all arrows at once, so damage buffs apply to each one.
Hated Enemy: Untyped DR 3 +2/2 levels. Spell Resistance 15 +1/level. Nemesis gives 60 ft sense on specific enemy.
Versatility: Precise Shot tree, Animal Companion, Trapfinding, average of 5.4 skill points per level (Without INT). High Fort & Ref saves, Poor Will (buffed by WIS). BAB 16 by level 20.
Bane enhancement on Bow would definitely help. If the Hated Enemy is good/evil, Unholy/Holy arrows would help buff the damage too. Apart from that, DEX & WIS boosting items for more accuracy and for a better Will score. Point buying to 12 STR then getting a Belt of Giant Strength +4 can help with the +5 Comp Bow damage.
Really, I just threw this together to test the table layout. It was an old build kicking about that I did so very wrong (Scout 9/Ranger 1. What was I thinking?) that was easy to upload. Anyway, the X Hunter has quite the number of options whether it be in combat or not. With the Precise Shot tree and Woodland Archer, he's definitely gonna be ready for a fight. Else the slight abundance of skill points (Damn you Foe Hunter for being 4 + INT) still lets him be a skill monkey. If you're playing a campaign where you know your DM is very ____ Heavy, this will be an enjoyable build.
